BLACK PASS HAWAII ESCAPE GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Black Pass by FSC.
1. Promotion Period
The Black Pass Hawaii Escape Giveaway (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter, entrants must:
• Be 18 years or older at the time of entry;
• Hold an active paid Black Pass membership (Core, Elite or Prestige);
• Maintain an active membership status at the time of the prize draw;
• Be an Australian resident;
• Be able to legally travel internationally.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members or related parties of Black Pass by FSC may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion.
3. Prize
The prize consists of:
• Five (5) nights accommodation in Waikiki, Hawaii for two (2) people;
• Return economy flights for two (2) people departing from Australia;
The following are not included:
• Spending money;
• Meals unless otherwise specified;
• Travel insurance;
• Passports or visas;
• Personal expenses;
• Additional accommodation, upgrades or travel outside the prize inclusions.
The prize is estimated to have an approximate retail value of AUD $6,000–$7,000, depending on booking period and availability.
4. Travel Conditions
Prize travel is valid for a March 2027 travel window, with exact travel dates determined by the Promoter in consultation with the winner and subject to booking availability.
Flights will be booked in economy class only.
The Promoter reserves the right to select airlines, accommodation providers and booking arrangements.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
5. Entry Mechanism
Eligible Black Pass members will automatically receive entries during the Promotion Period according to their membership level:
Core Membership
2 entries per active month
Elite Membership
6 entries per active month
Prestige Membership
10 entries per active month
Membership must remain active during the campaign period and at the date of the draw for entries to remain valid.
6. Bonus Reward Entries
Black Pass members who use their Black Pass membership deals with FSC Tattoo Studio during the Promotion Period may unlock bonus reward entries.
Bonus reward entries are determined by the Promoter and may vary based on qualifying participation.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility for all bonus entries.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw using a compliant random draw platform.
The draw will take place on or shortly after 31 August 2026.
The winner will be contacted via phone, email and/or social media using the contact details linked to their membership account.
8. Prize Forfeiture & Redraw
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize if the winner:
• Has cancelled their Black Pass membership prior to the draw;
• Is unable or unwilling to travel during the designated March 2027 travel period;
• Fails to respond to notification of winning within 14 days;
• Is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions.
Any redraw will be conducted using the same random draw method.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to allow the Promoter to reasonably use their name, image or likeness for winner announcement and promotional purposes associated with Black Pass by FSC.
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
